HOPE FARMS GROWS EXTRAORDINARY PRODUCE FOR HOUSTONIANS. Buying it is a powerful choice in support of local, sustainable produce and ensures that Hope Farms can continue to serve as a critical resource for all Houstonians—especially those marooned in food deserts without good access to fresh, affordable food. We offer seasonal 13-week farm share subscriptions that will deliver our fresh produce right to your door. As a Seasonal Farm Share Member, you can expect to receive weekly bags of fresh, organic just-harvested produce delivered to your home or office every Thursday.
