The Farm at Trinity Health

The Farm at Trinity Health provides community-centered food programs designed to improve health equity while investing in the local food system. The Farm is a part of a larger Trinity Health Food is Medicine initiative to address nutrition insecurity while improving health equity in our communities.

Where to find it

Located on the campus of Trinity Health Ann Arbor, The Farm consists of 5 fenced in acres with our own Food Hub building where all food distribution takes place.

Season

April to December · 36 weeksMembers can purchase a share size that works best for their household: 36 weeks, 18 weeks, 12 weeks, or 6 week options are available.
